I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and cozy, making me feel right at home. The service, especially from the ground floor staff, was amazing. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired with limited choices compared to similar hotels.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I stayed in, facing room 101 as requested, was spacious, comfortable, quiet, well-appointed, and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, respectful, and approachable, providing excellent customer service. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the Taipei Arena metro station and about 15 minutes on foot from the East zone. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of classic American dishes. The hotel provided dry cleaning, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance services.
